Foundation, powder, make-up … not forgetting the hair, the essential feminine ornament. The more make-up covers the face, the more agitated the person starts to act. Make-up which at times can help you dream, erase undesired blemishes, in this case reveals the deeper troubles of this woman, of whom we start to perceive her self-destructive nature. At the end all that remains is a battlefield, the make-up has turned into a painting of the battle against on self – also against us as spectators facing this face.
